# Q-Safe Shield Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-28

After successful payment, the purchasing customer receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Q-Safe Shield for internal business operations during the active paid access period.

The customer may not copy, clone, resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, commercially provide, reverse engineer, scrape, reconstruct, or use Q-Safe Shield to create a competing or derivative service.

Access keys may not be shared outside the purchasing organization. Expired, revoked, canceled, or unpaid accounts may be blocked from protected endpoints and customer documentation.

Source code, resale rights, redistribution rights, white-label rights, and derivative-product rights are not included in standard subscriptions. A separate written source license is required.
